Algeria's Prime Minister sacked after three months


Algerian President, Abdelaziz Bouteflika has sacked Prime Minister Abdelmadjid Tebboune, who has been in the job for less than three months.  


No reason was given for the dismissal, but it came just days after the president sent Tebboune a strongly worded letter demanding changes in policy.  

Immediately, a new prime minister has been named as Ahmed Ouyahia, who has served as the president's chief of staff.
