Justice Nasir Ajanah of the Kogi State High Court in Lokoja has given an interim order that embattled senator Dino
Melaye representing Kogi West Senatorial District in the National Assembly, be moved from police custody in the state to the National Hospital Abuja, for further treatment.
Recall that a magistrte court in the state yesterday ordered Melaye to be remanded in police custody till June 11th after he was arraigned for unlawful possession of arms and funding of a criminal group.
Melaye is currently nursing injuries he sustained after jumping off a police van last month.
